INTIMATE is an open network for all interested scientists working on palaeoclimate reconstructions in the period 60,000 to 8000 years ago.
To be informed about INTIMATE news and upcoming events, you can sign up for the mailing list by filling in the boxes bellow. You can also go to the pages of each work group and sign up for the work group e-mail lists.

If you live in a COST country, you can participate on a national level in the INTIMATE COST Action by contacting your local Management Committee member.

If your country has not joined the Action, you can contact your local COST National Coordinator (CNC) and ask if your country can join the Action. You find the contact details of your local CNC here.

COST has also signed reciprocal agreements with Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and Argentina. This means that European scientists can work with other researchers in these regions and increase international collaboration. Read more here about the opportunities for support.

Scientists from non-COST 'near neighbouring Balkan countries' (Albania, Montenegro); Mediterranean countries (Algeria, Egypt, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, The Palestinian Authority, Syria and Tunisia) and Eastern European countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine) can also obtain support for attending INTIMATE events in some cases. Please first read chapter 9 in COST Vademecum A and then send a motivated application regarding support for a specific event to the Action chairman.
